Artist Studio
The studio is located under Latrobe Art Space, in the heart of Paddington on the beautiful Latrobe Terrace. Facing away from the road, it offers seclusion and relaxation. Latrobe Terrace is lined with coffee shops, boutique stores, restaurants, and bars. Paddington is a vibrant and leafy suburb with wonderful city views. It is a short 5 minute drive to the CBD (bus stop across the road), a 30 minute drive to the airport, and an hour drive to stunning beaches. From the studio it is a one minute walk to the supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, and a collection of bars, restaurants, and shops.
The Space
The studio is newly renovated with a new queen sized bed and a comfortable pull out sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, convection microwave oven, 4 hotplates for cooking, small dishwasher plus all kitchen utensils. The cosy deck has a bbq, a comfy outdoor lounge, bar table and stunning views across the tropical garden and the beautiful Paddington valley. There's a washing machine, baby cot, high chair and bouncer are available.
